Accuclaim facilitates a paper-free claims process with all documents only a click away. All correspondence, emails, damage photographs and reports can be attached to a claim including via bulk import. Standard letters and documents can also be generated and automatically attached to a claim.
TASKS AND ACTIONS
With the Accuclaim diary and action screens staff workload can be prioritised and managed. Pending actions can attached to any claim, note or correspondence and allocated to a specialised claims handler or admin staff. Actions are prioritises using a traffic light system with KPI reports on staff performance available.
Accuclaim can manage the complete payment process from initial estimate to final payment. A payment workflow can be configured that takes payments from an initial request to a final payment including multiple authorisation levels depending on user authority and payment amount.
